C&C Tours & Destinations, Inc. was organized and registered with SEC in September 2002 as a travel agency/tour operator basically acting as local handler European travel agencies who regularly send guests to Coco Beach Island Resort in Puerto Galera. With the demand of combining Coco Beach with other destinations in the Philippines, better rates and good collaboration with hotels and resorts can be had if there is a legitimate company – and C&C Tours & Destinations is born
In August 2005, SEC approved C&C Tours & Destinations, Inc. amendment of its Article of Incorporation’s secondary purpose which is to own, manage and/or operate hotels, resorts and other activities associated with said business. Exactly a year after that, C&C Tours & Destinations agreed to buy all assets of Sun Holidays, Inc. owner and operator of Coco Beach Island Resort.
Coco Beach Island located in one of the beautiful coves of Puerto Galera. It has a total land area of 10 hectares of lush vegetation and tropical gardens. The resort became operational on November 1986 and is accredited as a Class "AA" Resort by the Department of Tourism.
